Blovelight has passed the international system certification: ISO19001, ISO13485, ISO14001, IATF16949, RBA certification; It also has a number of 3-dimensional, 2-dimensional precision measurement equipment, 3D laser scanner, measurement accuracy of +/- 0.005mm. Blovelight has established an independent laboratory, and can implement their own reliability testings, such as RoHs, XRF, salt spray, impact resistance, high and low temperature, and leakage testing. Multi-station realizes CCD automatic inspection. Dimensional accuracy reaches ±0.01mm. 100% coverage of airtightness testing is done for automotive products. All-round quality control ensures the high quality and delivery of Blovelight's products.
